Orientation Programme on ATL for Teachers by NITI Aayog 's

In a bid to encourage innovation through its flagship programme,  Atal Innovation Mission, The NITI Aayog launched an initiative aimed at establishing 500 Atal Tinkering Labs in the schools across India.
As a matter of pride, the  Shivaji High School of SSM has found a place in the list among the  first spell of those lucky 500 labs.  Sooner done than said, the ATL established at Shivaji Highschool under AIM, has already opened the doors for the potential child scientists to work with tools and equipment to understand the concept of STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). In this connection, the Teachers  Sheetal kumar Joshi and  Gautam Kadam had attended an orientation  in Raipur between 11 to 15 September.  They were trained in the utilization of kits and equipment provided to us are related to the topics  on Science, Electronics, Robotics, Open sources, Micro controller boards, Sensors and 3D printers and computers.

ATL is a place where young minds can give shape to their ideas through hands on ‘do it yourself’ mode and learn  innovation skills.
