Teacher’s Day celebration


        Recalling memories of The most elite, Former President of India  Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, th of September. The Students of Std VII, spoke on the life and works of Dr. Radhakrishnan. Thechief guest, Dr. Balaji Satamwad, described the 'Teachers' as ‘Mentors’ and emphasized on the need of moral and ethical values in one's  life.  Master Harshvardhan Manure of Std X presided over the programme.  Lastly, all teachers were felicitated by the students.

Inauguration of Seed processing Center:



        Adding yet another feather to the achievements of the KVK Sagroli, a seed processing center was inaugurated in campus  by shri Rajesh Dhurve, DDO,NABARD on 30th August. This unit will address the needs of farmer producer companies  established Under the Maharashtra Agricultural Competitiveness Project (MACP), Nanded District.  The project is financially assisted by the World Bank while the operation is entrusted to ATMA.

        Walking with time, the SSM took initiative in bringing together the farmers to group into Producers' company . Till date, they have been  buying seeds from agents elsewhere. Now they have direct access to the quality and trustworthy seeds at competitive rates at the processing center.

More Bouquets in Sports:

        The dynamic sports-boys of the Sainiki Vidyalaya are grabbing every opportunity to bring laurels to their organisation. Since the curriculum at the school provides equal opportunities  to the Academics as well as the Sports, the achievements are creating history. Few of the success stories of  this month, follow....
1)      Malkhamb – Master Vijay Kendre and Master Shivkant Medekar have been selected for State             level U/14. The Divisional level Malkhamb Competitions were held at Jai Hind School,                       (Osmanabad) on 25th Sept.
2)      Boxing – Master Santosh Hambarde defeating his rival reached for State Level Competitions
       U/19. The Boxing competitions were held at Latur between 13th and 14th Sept.
3)      Yogasana – Master Vijay Kendre performing spectacular asanas, jumped up to Division Level.  District Level Yogasana Competitions were held at Nanded on 14th Sept.

The Spectacular Swimming Pool open for the student. at the SSM's Campus



 Much awaited, State-of-the-art swimming pool was inaugurated by  SSM Chairman Shri Pramodji Deshmukh on 21st of August.  Housed in the campus of Sainiki Vidyalaya, it is going to  benefit ALL the students, Teachers, Staff and the citizens of Sagroli.  There was a demand for a swimming pool in Sagroli for ages. The Children from humble families can’t afford to access the pools outside  and pay high coaching fees, can now  have the boon at their door step.  
All the technical formalities and the appointment of the Trainers and The Guards have been completed in advance.The swimming pool has been opened for use with immediate effect.

Orientation Programme on ATL for Teachers by NITI Aayog 's

        In a bid to encourage innovation through its flagship programme,  Atal Innovation Mission, The NITI Aayog launched an initiative aimed at establishing 500 Atal Tinkering Labs in the schools across India.
        As a matter of pride, the  Shivaji High School of SSM has found a place in the list among the  first spell of those lucky 500 labs.  Sooner done than said, the ATL established at Shivaji Highschool under AIM, has already opened the doors for the potential child scientists to work with tools and equipment to understand the concept of STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). In this connection, the Teachers  Sheetal kumar Joshi and  Gautam Kadam had attended an orientation  in Raipur between 11 to 15 September.  They were trained in the utilization of kits and equipment provided to us are related to the topics  on Science, Electronics, Robotics, Open sources, Micro controller boards, Sensors and 3D printers and computers.


        ATL is a place where young minds can give shape to their ideas through hands on ‘do it yourself’ mode and learn  innovation skills.
